McDonald's in Germering

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff.

In other Mc Donald's branches you MAY order on the touchscreen (e.g. Starnberg, M-Hasenbergl, M-Hauptbahnhof). Here you MUST order on the touchscreen, even if you want to pay in cash. This is very annoying!

This McDonald's is always a little more expensive than the others in town. Reason according to the staff it is a franchise partner. For me as a customer, that shouldn't make any difference to the chain. In my opinion, the monopoly in Germering is being used greedily because the next McDonald's is in Pasing. Otherwise the usual problem: every 2nd burger is served too cold.

Drive: it is poorly understood what you order and the display showed a different price than was then asked at the counter. Staff totally unfriendly and when asked why the price was unequal, the window was closed. The Hamburg in the Happymeal flew apart because it wasn't even properly packed. Sad that you deal with food like that! Mc Donalds Germering is unfortunately a real disaster in terms of personnel, never again!

Food ok, staff unfortunately irresponsible in dealing with customers - they don't wear masks when handing over the food. You also have to say everything 3 times

A very satisfactory branch. Everything is always clean and tidy. The workforce looks motivated and works very quickly. The toilets are in pristine condition. You absolutely cannot fault it.

How lucky this McDonalds is that it is the only one in the area. If it were a question of friendliness and forgetfulness, he shouldn't have any more customers at all. 2x order (McDrive) via app with glass, drove home the first time and there was no glass in the bag. The second time I checked it directly at the outlet and again no glass inside, on request I got it after all. The staff should generally respond more friendly to inquiries, as I am. After all, it wasn't my fault.

A comfortable McDonalds with a modern feel to it and a small playground for kids. Staff is quite friendly and there’s a nice outdoor place to sit.

We don't go to this place very often and look forward to delicious food. But it looks there, everything was stuck to the floor and the tables weren't cleaned either. Hygiene is important, but only externally. But it is not implemented. Too bad. Somebody should have a better look.

Staff absolutely unfriendly, none of the staff gave a name to raise a complaint. I just wanted to eat something on the spot, my asthma certificate was not accepted like in any other restaurant, despite the legal status that I am exempt from wearing a mask, the staff was very unfriendly. Discrimination is very important here !!!!!

FAST FOOD is different !!! 20 minutes after ordering at the terminal, we still didn't have our take-away food. Then I asked for my money back, which I got and left.

Ordered via app. When I got there at the cash register, I was left standing, even though nothing was going on. Three employees looked at me rather sullenly, according to the motto "what do you want here". I felt as if I had to apologize for interrupting the Albanian chat.

Fast food

Burgers always made very quickly, both via DriveIn and on site. But that's exactly why they disintegrate regularly in the packaging and you have to assemble all the ingredients again in the burger yourself. Unfortunately the case with 3 out of 4 visits. Special adjustments to burgers, such as an order without onions, are often simply not carried out and a burger is sometimes forgotten at the drive-in.

I don't have much to say. McDonalds is the same everywhere. Big Mac was delivered cold. 🙁

I took my order independently and paid at the touch order counter, waited 20 minutes for my meal, which didn't come and only after a lot of shouting Albanian insults from the staff such as threats did the boss pack my order himself and not even there it was completely easy just sad apart from the fact that you gave my paid order auxh to another customer the last time! Super mcgges can NOT recommend it !!!!!

A great branch. The food is ready very quickly, the people speak good German and are friendly and sometimes have a smile on their face. Even if the queue at the drive in is long, it can be done in no time.

Nice mcdonald's with newer look and feel. Has playground if the virus ever dies.

It's just like every other McDonald's I have been to have fun night be a place to meet people you don't like

Nice service, but parking space can be bigger, in Sunday find parking spot will be difficult.

Very unfriendly staff. Will only serve you if you use an electronic order panel... order using that or forget it. Well obviously I did not use the panel and visited another cafe nearby with friendly staff and real food.

The icecream was good and cheap but i asked for water and the lady said it Coste 3.25 euro the icecream cost 1 euro but the water costs 3.25 euro

Have my stars lowered. Slowly you can not eat the stuff from the McDonalds ... Yesterday for breakfast there. Catastrophe!!! The only good thing is the coffee, the chocolate cake and the cheesecake. The Sweet Croissant does not deserve its name. Although supposedly fresh made (had to wait for it) it was hard, dry and tiny and warm it was already not at all. The egg McMuffins are clapped together carelessly and therefore see the image from the advertising much like a mechanical lawn mower a Lamborghini. So McDonalds, think about something !!! Have lowered again. Goods around 22:30 today (26.05.19) there. And as expected, something was forgotten again. Was the third time the third time, that not everything was brought and you had to get and ask for. The penultimate time drowned the McRibb in sauce that you could not eat without protective clothing, today they have saved so much with sauce that he was dry f ***. Do not know McDon, who is so bad. That was the last chance today, from now on it goes to Burger or KFC.
